Lisa Collier is a mom of two and runs a photography business with her husband, Matt. Lisa heard God call her to build a Kingdom program in the fall of 2021. They pulled their two kids out of public school and homeschooled while simultaneously building Kingdom Day.
Michelle is one of our lead tutor and resident prankster. Long ago, she felt God call her to love children and left a background in engineering to teach. Before joining Kingdom Day, Michelle Smith taught high school math, tutored and directed a homeschool co-op. In addition to Kingdom Day, she continues to tutor math and science.
In addition to homeschooling her three children, Morgan serves at the Director of our Waxhaw location and teaches Enrichment in Monroe. She has long held a passion for impacting the next generation for the Kingdom and also serves with the youth at her church.
In her native country of South Africa, Amy worked as a special education teacher. Here in the states, she serves with her husband at Doxa Deo Waxhaw and co-leads our Waxhaw location.
Kasey has served in various capacities at our Monroe location. She found her niche with the youngest age group. She loves teaching kids to read and finding God's beauty in creation and creativity.
Christina loves teaching Bible apologetics and application and history. She works with us on a part-time basis for our core subjects. She holds a Masters in Psychology, which she used in her counseling career before focusing on homeschooling her three children.
